What to Expect … 

• Our best advice is to be here either when we open or shortly after for little or no wait.
  
  
• Dressing Rooms on Saturdays have a 1 hour and 30 minute time limit, and on Sundays a 1 hour time limit.
  
  
• Please arrive at least one and a half hours prior to the store closing if you are trying on dresses for the first time.  We want to make sure we are able to provide the best possible customer service by giving you plenty of time to try on dresses.
  
  
• To ensure efficient and professional service, we will register you and guarantee you receive a dressing room in the order of customer arrivals.
  
  
• While you wait for a dressing room, please do not pull dresses off the racks until a dressing room is available for you.
  
  
• Once your name is called you enter the Women Only Dressing Room area, where seating is available, and meet your prom consultant.
  
  
• She will bring you a selection of dresses in styles, colors and sizes (these dresses tend to run small) that interest you until you find the perfect one!
  
  
• We register your dress so you will not see your style in the same color at your event. 
  
  
• Alterations are available on the gowns purchased at Betsy’s for an additional charge. Appointments fill up fast, so schedule yours early.
  
  
• Layaway is available.
  
  
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
  
  
• All Sales are Final. There are No Returns -- Including Layaways! There are No Exchanges or Refunds of down payments.
